Learned counsels have submitted jointly that matter was referred in Mediation and the parties have amicable settled their dispute, as would be evident from the Mediation Report dated 17.07.2019. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner as well as Opposite Party No.2 are residing jointly as husband and wife happily. Now, there is no dispute between them.

In view of the above-mentioned facts and taking into consideration the Mediation Report dated 17.07.2019, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

No.16102 of 2019(4) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks and in the event of surrender by him, he shall be released on anticipatory bail by the Court below upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S.
