The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A/354/313/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Both petitioner and opposite party no. 2 are present in the Court. Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submits that they have resolved the dispute amicably. Petitioner is ready to take her from the Court and keep the opposite party no. 2 as wife with full dignity and honour. Learned counsel for the

Considering the fact that both the parties are ready to live together and as per undertaking given by the petitioner above before this Court, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mahila Police Station Case No. 88 of 2019 (G.R. No. 4052 of 2019), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
