This is an application for bail in connection with Barahiya P.S.Case No. 81 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one regular rifle with two cartridges from his possession. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from his possession and he is in custody for three months having clean antecedent. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, he may renew his prayer for bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34549 of 2017 (2) dt.28-07-2017 2/2 after framing of charge in this case or after completion of period of six months in custody, whichever is earlier. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
