JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2015 The petitioner is the husband apprehends his arrest in relation to Complaint Case No. 185/2014 registered under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, instituted by the wife.
The couple got married in the year 2010. It appears from the order of learned Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, that the wife was ready to live with the husband. He executed a bond for keeping her safely for good behaviour. This court appreciates such remark in a matrimonial relationship. No party can dictate to the other in such a manner.
