The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No.35 of 2017, a case under Sections 290/294 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4/5/6 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

The petitioner is said to be the proprietor of a brothel house. Petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2017. The petitioner has got one more similar type of criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or after two months from today whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
