====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.

2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 586 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 111, 317(4), 317(5), 304 and 395) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per allegation, the police personnel received a secret information about suspected highway robbers near Sadarpur Bridge. They apprehended three suspects with weapons and later arrested four more persons, including the petitioners, who arrived at the scene.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17708 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and they are the persons of the clean antecedent. On similar footing co-accused, Vikarm Kumar has been granted bail by the co-ordinate bench.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of A.C.J.M.-III, (W) Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 586 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
