JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2019 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 29.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70896 of 2018, whereby the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned CJM, West Champaran, but the father's name of the petitioner has been recorded as Sabir Alam instead of Shekh Basir @ Basir Mian, hence, the present modification application.

In view of the fact that the said mistake perpetuated in the order as it was wrongly recorded in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition.

Keeping in view the fact that in the Vakalatnama the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13889 of 2019(2) dt.11-03-2019 2/2 father's name of the petitioner has been correctly recorded, let the order dated 29.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70896 of 2018 is modified to the extent that in the cause title of order dated 29.01.2019 be read as Tabrej Alam, Son of Shekh Basir @ Basir Alam.

In the circumstances, the order dated 29.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70896 of 2018 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, the present modification application is disposed of.
