The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 494, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner is a vendor and ready to pay Rs. 2000/- per month to his wife for her maintenance, as stated in the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
