Deceased, Komal who was married with Mukesh Prasad about 8 years ago and had begotten three children out of the aforesaid wedlock, was regularly tortured at the hands of her husband. Few days ago, she was brutally assaulted whereupon, she came to her Naihar where she was staying. On 02.08.2016, she was taken away by her husband and on 03.08.2016, she died on account of ante-mortem injuries as is evident from the order impugned.

Petitioner happens to be Devar having no specific allegation as is evident from the order impugned which has been passed after perusal of the case diary.

That being so, petitioner, Ajay @ Kallu @ Kallu Kumar is
