Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 752 of 2017 arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 516 of 2016 registered under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on 08.02.2017 vide Cr. Misc. No. 46532 of 2016 with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. The charge has already been framed on 12.01.2018 (Annexure-3) and petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2016, having no criminal antecedent.

No.12576 of 2018 (2) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-II, Danapur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 752 of 2017 arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 516 of 2016.
