ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 25-03-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, an effort was made to settle the dispute but is of no avail. Considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 17.01.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 214 of 2013 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa.

However, from henceforth the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No. 2 in place of Rs. 750/-.
