The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019 for offences under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 IPC. Allegation has been made by brother-in-law of the petitioner and son-in-law of the deceased that in order to grab the property the petitioner has committed murder of his own father.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is no eye witness to the occurrence only on account of suspicion the petitioner has been made accused in this case. Considering the aforesaid fact, the Court is inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14285 of 2020(2) dt.06-07-2020 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.

Bailors shall be close relatives of the deceased like brothers and sisters.
