Case No. 219 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj. In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioner, namely, Ramesh Manjhi @ Ramesh Kumar Manjhi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S.
