The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case, as per the written report of Ravikant Singh, dated 22.01.2019, submitted to the Station House

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13977 of 2019(2) dt.07-03-2019 2/3 Officer, Rajpur Police Station, is to the effect that on the same day, at about 12.30 P.M., when the informant returned from a Tilak ceremony, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners came variously armed at the door of the informant and started abusing the informant, and on protest being made, all the accused persons threatened the informant. Thereafter all the accused persons went to Nanaira bridge and as soon as the informant's vehicle reached there, then they resorted to fire, thereafter the informant came at his house when all the accused persons again came there and started abusing the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that from the accusation, it appears that no injury has been caused to the informant. The accusation against the petitioners is omnibus and general. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent.

Learned APP submits that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

No.13977 of 2019(2) dt.07-03-2019 3/3 any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VII, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
