The prayer for bail has been renewed on behalf of the petitioner in the light of the observation made in the order dated 26.11.2016 (Annexure-1).

The petitioner was granted liberty to renew her prayer for bail if the trial does not record adequate progress. From the impugned order passed by the trial court in S.T.No. 754 of 2016, it appears that the trial has already begun inasmuch as 03 prosecution witnesses have been examined. The petitioner is facing prosecution under section 365 IPC.

In the considered view of the Court, the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32501 of 2017(2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 bail, in the facts and circumstances of the case, does not merit to be allowed. The application is rejected. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) HR/- U T
