This writ application was filed for quashing the order dated 15.11.2018 at Annexure-1 whereby the petitioner was put under suspicion.

Now the changed scenario is that in the pending disciplinary proceeding punishment has already been awarded against the petitioner. Hence, this writ application is infructuous now.
