2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ directing the Respondents to take legal action on the application of the petitioner as contained in Annexure -P/1 to this petition and to lodge F.I.R. thereon.

3. The learned counsel for the State Mr. Sanjay Kumar submits that the FIR vide Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 562 of 2025 has already been registered on the complaint of the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.479 of 2025(2) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 petitioner on 15.05.2025.

4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the SHO of Saharsa Sadar Police Station, Saharsa to get the investigation done properly and conclude the investigation at the earliest.
