The police on a tip-off tried a motorcycle to stop. Whereupon, the driver and the pillion rider tried to escape. Out of whom one was apprehended, who disclosed his identity as Guddu Kumar and on search, from a bag which he was carrying foreign wine (Indian origin) measuring 7.425 litres has been seized. On interrogation he disclosed the name of his accomplice as Bitu Kumar.

Nothing substantial has been found. Moreover, the petitioner has got clean antecedent as per para 3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Bitu Kumar @ Bittu Kumar in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13679 of 2020(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the leaned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Shiv Sagar P.S. Case No.370 of 2019; subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
