JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 Heard Shri Jeetendra Narayan , learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Sixteen petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 6900 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 147,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7090 of 2018(2) dt.13-02-2018 2/3 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 153-A, 353, 295-A, 504, 506 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 have prayed for grant of bail in the event of their arrest or surrender purely on parity. Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn my attention to Annexure - '3' to the petition i.e. an order dated 21.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61758 of 2017 whereby about 42 petitioners were extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners' case also stands on similar footing.
Besides hearing learned counsel for the parties, I have also perused the materials available on record and after going through the same, I am of the opinion that it is a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let aforesaid sixteen petitioners namely: (1) Mukesh Pal (2) Dhananjay Kumar Manjhi @ Dhananjay Manjhi (3) Bablu Lal Mahto (4) Lalu @ Lal Babu Rai @ Lalu (5) Tiai Bhagat (6) Maya Bhagat (7) Sonu Paswan

Case No. 128 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 6900 of 2017 subject to the conditions as contemplated under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
