Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation levelled against the petitioner and he is in custody since 11.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let

No.12430 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Kawakole P.S.
