2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegedly, while the informant was returning his home, in the way, the accused persons including the petitioner surrounded and started abusing him and in consequence thereof, the informant was assaulted as a result of which, he sustained injury. Rupees 30,000/- is also alleged to have snatched away.
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady. She is innocent and the only allegation against her is of snatching Rs. 30,000/- from pocket of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13570 of 2025(2) dt.04-03-2025 2/2 informant. Learned counsel has also submitted that some other co-accused persons have been granted regular bail.
5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specially the fact that the petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
