Petitioners pray for bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 302 / 201 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners alongwith other co-accused persons killed the daughter and grand son (ukrh) of the informant for dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioner is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law of deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. The petitioners are separate in mess and property. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioners have got clean antecedent and they are in custody since 13.08.2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15191 of 2022(2) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - XIII, Bhagalpur / concerned court in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 12 of 2021.
