Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 5 litres of country made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner no. 1 and 6 litres of country made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner no. 2. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners are in custody since 28.01.2018. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Excise Case No. 66 of 2018 arising out of Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
