The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 376, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons with intent to outrage the modesty of the victim torn her blouse and saree. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. As per the allegation, an attempt of rape is alleged. There is no substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. V, Danapur at Patna in connection with Sigori P.S. case No.98 of 2017.
