The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-b)/a/26 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case in short that a loaded country-made pistol with six live cartridges are recovered. It has been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 05-11-2022. He has remained in custody for about six months. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. The trial is not likely to be concluded in near future. One country-made pistol with six live cartridges are said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section-100 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15207 of 2023(2) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below/concerned Court in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 457 of 2022.
