The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No.169 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 11.08.2022, 24.06.2022, 24.06.2022 and 24.06.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.27253 of 2022, Cr.Misc.No.70965 of 2021, Cr.Misc.No.70911 of 2021 and Cr.Misc.No.68780 of 2021 respectively, vide Annexure 2,3,4 and 5.

No.18501 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 Having considered the fact that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Court No.I, Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No.169 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
