The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No.1125 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 3/4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested only on suspicion while he was moving on a motorcycle which belongs to him. He has no concern either with the owner of Tata Décor Safari or with the said vehicle which was having no registration number and from which certain explosive substances have been recovered. Learned counsel submits that from the motorcycle of the petitioner nothing incriminating has

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharasa in connection with Saharsa P.S.
