In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No.450 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the case diary that it is a case of suicide on account of torture perpetrated by the family members. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the victim and is getting treatment in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Hospital, New Delhi.
