Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections Jai Nagar P.S. Case No. 455 of 2018 registered for the offence under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner, who is a lady, is in custody since 03.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12455 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jai Nagar P.S. Case No. 455 of 2018.
