Petitioners apprehend his arrest in connection with Raja Pakar P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 registered under Sections- 304B/34, 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus. Petitioners never tortured or demanded dowry. In fact the daughter of the informant died during treatment. Petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the daughter of the informant. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed

No.25089 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raja Pakar P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
