Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.3.2019 in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code but, subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

Although, the petitioner is named in the first information report with general allegation of assault but having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court. Moreover, the specific allegation of assault is against coaccused Ramjit Sahni and Manoj Sahni.
