The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T.No.56 of 2018 arising out of Bandhua Kurba P.S.Case No.44 of 2017 dated 9.8.2017 , G.R.No.2434 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution story as per the written report is that the son of informant went to the house of Devi Lal Kisku and thereafter he has not returned and later on dead boy was found. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been named on the basis of confessional statement and except that there is nothing against the petitioner and the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25262 of 2019(3) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 other accused persons who have also been named on the confessional statement have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Benchs of this Court, vide order dated 9.7.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.27375 of 2018, order dated 18.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24388 of 2018 and order dated 4.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28038 of 2018.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Ist, Banka in connection with S.T. No.56/18 (arising out of Bandhua Kuraba P.S.Case No.44 of 17 dated 9.8.2017, G.R.2434 of 2017 .
