JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Having perused the show cause reply filed by the Opposite parties, I am of the considered view that no case of deliberate disobedience of this Court's order dated 26.09.2014 passed in CWJC No. 8202 of 2001 is made out.
This Court, therefore, is not inclined to proceed any further in the present contempt matter.
It goes without saying that the petitioner shall have the liberty to question the legality of office order dated 12.12.2015 passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment)
Patna High Court MJC No.1143 of 2015 (6) dt.03-02-2015 Bhojpur, Ara in appropriate proceeding.
