Anita Kumari Singh (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-06-2015 The petitioners apprehend arrest in Complaint Case No 485 of 2015 instituted under Sections 323, 379, 384 of Indian Penal Code and pending before Judicial Magistrate, 02nd Class, Begusarai.

The present complaint appears to be a counterblast to the cases filed on behalf of the accused persons as against the informant for having purchased joint properties from the brother of petitioner No 1.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17719 of 2015 (3) dt.10-06-2015 abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 02nd Class, Begusarai in Complaint Case No 485 of 2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
