The petitioners are seeking regular bail in Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 189/2017 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 364, 365, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petitioners are in custody for more than six months since their arrest on 05.07.2017. The allegation against the petitioners is that they along with accused Raja Yadav and Avimanyu and 2-3 other unknown boys were asking the informant to carry a bag containing illicit liquor and when the informant denied to do that he was beaten with fists and slaps and then by confining him
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5361 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 his mobile of Airtel Company and some cash amount to Rs. 9000/- and other articles were snatched.
Learned counsel submits that the petitioners had one case against them in which they are on bail and the co-accused Raja Yadav and Avimanyu have been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. 58302/2017. Learned counsel for the State is present.
Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 189/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
