The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. From the godown of this petitioner five tons of looted grain was recovered and the person who confessed before the police stated that he had given ten thousand to the petitioner for keeping the grains. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 21.12.2019.

Considering the nature of material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13651 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Udavant Nagar P.S. Case No.484 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
