The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are women and having clean antecedent, it is further submitted that Sandhya and Sudha are own sisters of the informant and Jitendra is husband of Sudha who are accused in the present case, it is next submitted that a civil case has been given a colour of criminal case, as the

No.16039 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/3 informant is trying to usurp the share of his sister in the ancestral property by putting them under fear of arrest, it is next submitted that since Sandhya and Sudha have executed sale deed with respect of their share of land in the ancestral property, as such the present FIR came to be instituted. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Sandhya and Sudha and Jitendra have been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 05.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 9449 of 2022 and the present petitioners are purchasers of land from Sandhya and Sudha, as such their case is on a much better footing.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection
