The matter has been listed on the basis of motion slip filed by learned counsel for the petitioner pointing out to some typographical error in the cause title of the order dated 23.08.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in cause title of the said order, district has been mentioned as Munger while as per the records, the district must be mentioned as Patna.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is correct and the same is also not disputed by Mr. Parmanand Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State.
