JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends arrest in relation to Dagarua P.S. Case No.214 of 2014 instituted under Sections 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage had been solemnized in the year 2001 and this case has been lodged in the year 2014. There is an allegation that the petitioner has married second time. The petitioner denies the same. He submits that after such a long marriage, for some reason, the relationship has become soured due to certain misunderstanding. Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17696 of 2015 (2) dt.08-06-2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
