2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahendia P.S. Case No. 221 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. For a trivial dispute, the parties were fighting and the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim by a lathi.
4. It has been submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that no offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code is made out as the crime has occurred due to a drainage dispute. The petitioner is in jail since 18.09.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M, Arwal in connection with Mahedia P.S. Case No. 221 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner may co-operate in the trial.
