JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-06-2015 The petitioner who is the husband apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.2110 of 2013 instituted under Sections-498 A, 406, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed an application for dissolution of marriage because the informant refused to come and live with him. While the informant was away and living her Maike she has become pregnant and it is in retaliation to that this case has been filed under Section-498 A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Pramod Kumar Barnwal, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Siwan in
