Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Accusation is of abusing the informant by calling caste name, making assault and snatching Rs. 7500/- from the pocket of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 21.07.2014 at 9.00 P.M. the First Information Report was registered on 22.07.2014 at 3.00 P.M. and the same reached to the learned court below on 24.07.2014 which suggests that First Information Report was registered by ante dating. Statement has been made in para-3

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17512 of 2015 (2) dt.15-05-2015 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
