Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three persons including the petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of the deceased with Tangi. The Doctor found three stitch wound at the time of postmortem.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2016. Earlier, this Court had refused prayer for bail on 17.05.2017 with direction to the learned Trial Judge to expedite the trial. The report of the learned Trial Judge

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4625 of 2018 (3) dt.14-03-2018 would reveal that the case is still pending for prosecution evidence. The petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.54 of 2017 arising out of Ariari Police Station Case No.86 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
