ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 354(3), 376(2F) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 I Information Technology Act, 2008.

Considering that this is a second application for anticipatory bail which is not maintainable, the application is rejected with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur, to take stringent steps for arresting the Petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 3376 of 2013, Trial No. 6287 of 2014, if he does not surrender within three weeks from the date of this order.
