The learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board has taken instruction and has submitted that the Board would allow the petitioner to appear in the Special Examination, 2019 to be held very soon, for which the petitioner is required

Patna High Court CWJC No.4737 of 2019(4) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 to deposit the requisite fees by tomorrow till 5:00 P.M. Having regard to the fair submissions made by the learned counsel for the Board, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Board to accept the fees for the Special Examination within the aforesaid time period and permit the petitioner to sit in the Intermediate Special Examination, 2019.

The writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
