JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

As the victim failed to return back Rs.15,000/-, which he had borrowed from Md. Giyas. On false pretext, he took away the victim over motorcycle and thereafter, kidnapped him and was being made captive by the petitioner along with one Raushan wherefrom he was recovered. During midst thereof, victim was constantly put under threat either to procure Rs. three lacs, failing which, he will be murdered after having his kidney extracted.

Considering the statement of the victim in consonance with arrest of the petitioner from the room wherein victim was made captive, prayer for bail is rejected.
