This application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019, for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 148, 149 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the delay in filing the complaint and nature of injury, this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
