JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No.98 of 2017, a case under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown on recovery of a dead-body. The impugned order would reveal that the only material against the petitioner is suspicion and confession of co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of
