Defects were removed. As per Stamp Reporter, the same was just beyond the time granted under order dated 13.01.2020. Cr Misc No 452 of 2020, therefore, came to be dismissed for non-compliance of the said order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the defects were removed by delay of few days. The said explanation is accepted and this application is allowed. Cr Misc No 452 of 2020 is restored to its original file and number.
