JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioners have filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 512 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., wherein she has disclosed her age to be 19 years and stated that out of her own sweet will, she had gone to Delhi and after sometime she returned and when she came to know that a case has been registered for her abduction, she herself visited the police station, whereafter the

No.12528 of 2020(2) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 police sponsored her for recording her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 512 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
